Our Legal Registrations
All certificates are issued by the Income Tax Department of India. Donors can claim tax benefits on contributions made to Sukhad Foundation.
12A Certificate
The 12A registration grants Sukhad Foundation tax-exempt status under the Income Tax Act, 1961. This means income and surplus of the foundation are not subject to income tax, enabling us to direct more resources towards our community programmes.
